The Department of Defense, Medical Readiness Contracting Office West, is seeking a contractor to provide emergency aeromedical evacuation services for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers personnel and dependents on Kwajalein Atoll. The selected contractor must deliver 24/7/365 operational readiness standby and bedside-to-bedside fixed-wing air ambulance transport from Bucholz Army Airfield to Oahu, Hawaii, utilizing pressurized, multi-engine, over-water certified aircraft. Required personnel include two ATP-certified pilots and two qualified medical providers who meet military credentialing and licensure standards. This total small business set-aside procurement will result in a firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract running from November 15, 2026, through November 14, 2031, with proposals due by September 18, 2026.
