The Department of the Navy, NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support, is seeking a contractor to manufacture and deliver continuously threaded, solution annealed, and age-hardened K-Monel studs. The contractor must supply the fasteners in accordance with MIL-DTL-1222 and QQ-N-286 specifications, ensuring they meet rigorous chemical, mechanical, and non-destructive testing requirements. Because these studs are designated as Level I Special Emphasis material for critical shipboard systems, strict material traceability, objective quality evidence, and government source inspection are required. Final delivery of the material must be completed on or before 365 days after the contract's effective date, with certification data submitted via Wide Area Work Flow 20 days prior to delivery to primary contact Alana M.
