Setter Systems

The U.S. Army Contracting Command–New Jersey at Picatinny Arsenal, on behalf of the Project Manager for Combat Ammunition Systems, is conducting a sources sought market survey to identify firms capable of supporting the Setter Systems program. The work may include manufacture and delivery of M1155A1/M1155A2 Enhanced Portable Inductive Artillery Fuze Setter systems, XM103 Artillery Precision Guided Munitions Setters, simulators, Portable Electronic Fire Control Systems, and related engineering, field support, and new equipment training services. The government is seeking sources that can handle system integration, testing, kitting, logistics support, supply chain quality assurance, and other production or sustainment efforts, with certified instructors working under government direction and responses limited to 15 pages and free of classified information. Responses must be submitted electronically by email to Iryna Litvinova at iryna.litvinova.civ@army.mil no later than 6/25/2026, and all interested sources must be registered in SAM.
