RFQ: Start a 1GB commercial circuit Intra-Europe.

The Department of Defense, through the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) DITCO Europe, has issued a Request for Quotation under solicitation number HC102126QA102 to establish a 1GB commercial circuit intra-Europe. The selected telecommunication provider must deliver this high-capacity commercial circuit in accordance with the specifications and service dates outlined in the solicitation's technical requirements. To qualify, telecommunication providers must have a signed DITCO Basic Agreement in place prior to submitting a quote, and the contract will be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable source selection process.
