NESA Executive Forum Lodging Support

The Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Acquisition Directorate (AD) is seeking proposals for lodging services for the Near East South Asia Center for Security Studies (NESA) Executive Forum 02-26, taking place from January 23 to January 31, 2026. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract under NAICS code 721110 for Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels. The contractor will provide 22 USG-funded and 10 self-pay single occupancy hotel rooms in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area. Proposals must be submitted electronically via email by January 12, 2026, 3:00 PM EDT, and include administrative details, pricing, and required certifications. Award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror registered in SAM.gov.

The Near East South Asia Center (NESA) for Strategic Studies requires lodging support services for its Executive Forum 02-26, held from January 23–31, 2026, in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area. The contractor will provide accommodations for approximately 32 individuals (22 USG-funded, 10 self-pay). Requirements include rooms with workspace, free high-speed internet, refrigerator, microwave, and secure safe. A hot breakfast buffet with dietary considerations (no pork or alcohol) is mandatory. The hotel must have an in-hotel full-service restaurant and three additional full-service restaurants within 0.5 miles. The location must be within 0.7 miles of a metro station, preferably with shuttle service, and be ADA compliant. Additional facilities include a public area for group meetings and on-site laundry. The government has no financial liability for self-pay rooms, but the hotel must hold them at a group rate. Room lists will be provided one day prior to arrival. Restrictions apply to phone calls, pay-per-view, mini-bar, room service, and alcoholic beverages. This will be a Firm-Fixed Priced contract.
