AFTOC Sustainment RFI
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Air Force District of Washington is conducting market research for sustainment support of the Air Force Total Ownership Cost (AFTOC) system for the Air Force Cost Analysis Agency. The work covers end-to-end data management for the system, including data acquisition, transformation, validation, presentation, database administration, IT and server support, quality assurance, training, helpdesk operations, documentation, and functional support across Air Force financial, maintenance, supply, and logistics processes. AFTOC is a centralized data repository at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland that standardizes cost, logistics, and programmatic data from more than 26 Department of the Air Force sources, and the RFI highlights experience with SQL, Business Objects, Tableau, integration of disparate data, and transitions of legacy systems. Capability statements are due April 24, 2026, and the effort is being explored as a firm fixed-price contract with a one-year base period and four 12-month option periods, with award anticipated in Q4 FY2026.
