The Department of the Navy, NAVFAC SW, is seeking to award approximately eight Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Construction Contracts for the new construction, repair, and renovation of various waterfront facilities. Contractor requirements include design-build or design-bid-build projects for marine structures such as piers, wharves, dry docks, and dredging operations to support Navy vessels and port activities. Work will primarily be performed in California, with potential projects in Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico over a base period of two years and three one-year option periods. Evaluation will occur in two phases, covering technical approach, experience, past performance, safety, a technical solution, small business utilization, and price.
