Dump Truck with Attachment

The Department of the Army, Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden, intends to solicit for a 4x4 dump truck with a crane attachment on behalf of the Directorate of Public Works Roads Maintenance Branch. The contractor will be required to deliver the vehicle and integrated crane attachment to support operations at U.S. Army Garrison Wiesbaden in Germany. The procured equipment must comply with host-nation European road safety standards, including DIN and StVZO, and the government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract. Due to these compliance requirements and the need for rapid local technical support, competition is restricted to local vendors under a local area set-aside.
