The U.S. International Trade Commission intends to award a sole-source contract to Qualtrics LLC to acquire an enterprise-level, FedRAMP Moderate-certified digital survey and website feedback platform. The contractor must provide software-as-a-service capabilities that allow the agency to design, securely deploy, and administer web-based customer satisfaction surveys and conduct data collection functions. The selected Qualtrics XM platform must meet all advanced survey design, security, reporting, accessibility, and centralized administrative requirements without necessitating additional integrations.
