146 DFAC Janitorial Service

The Department of Defense, on behalf of the California Air National Guard 146th Airlift Wing, is seeking sources for dining facility janitorial services at Port Hueneme, California. The selected contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to clean the dining facility in Building 1401 during monthly military drill weekends. Services are required for 22 operational days per year, typically scheduled across four days per month between the hours of 0800 and 1500, with an expected contract structure of one 12-month base period starting around January 9, 2027, and four 12-month option periods. This procurement is anticipated to be a 100 percent small business set-aside conducted under simplified acquisition procedures, with quotes due no less than 10 days after the official solicitation is issued.
