The Department of Veterans Affairs, through Network Contracting Office 19, is seeking market research for a pre-analytical sample tracking system for the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center. The requirement is for a brand name or equal solution to the Abbott AlinIQ Indexor system that provides end-to-end automated specimen tracking, barcode-based identification, rack-based specimen association, bulk receipt, and the related accessories, training, and support needed to operate the system. The system must be new current-generation equipment with OEM warranty and OEM service, support HL7 or ASTM integration with VA laboratory systems, and meet the stated workflow, environmental tracking, and connectivity characteristics at the Aurora, Colorado facility over a performance period from August 31, 2026, to August 30, 2031.
