The U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground Security Guard Branch is seeking a contractor to upgrade, replace, and configure its outdated Motorola-based communications system. The work includes procuring and delivering radios, accessories, software licenses, and related equipment, then installing the system in facilities and vehicles, programming and testing it, removing obsolete hardware, and providing basic user training. The project is to support the West Desert Test Center at Dugway, Utah, with work required to comply with current DPG, Department of War, and Motorola technical standards; the new system includes 40 portable radios, 19 mobile radios, 4 base stations, and associated charging and accessory equipment, along with warranties and technical documentation. Delivery is to be accepted at destination by Milford Tiafala at W30M USA Dugway Proving Ground, with delivery expected within 60 calendar days after award and transportation costs borne by the contractor.
