INSULATION BLANKET, CABIN, AIRCRAFT / NSN 16680-01-559-2036 / CH-47 HELICOPTER

DLA Aviation is issuing this sources sought notice to conduct market research and identify potential sources capable of manufacturing aircraft cabin insulation blankets for the CH-47 helicopter. The scope of work requires the contractor to furnish all labor, materials, facilities, and equipment to manufacture, inspect, test, preserve, package, and ship the components, while potentially managing the associated supply chain and logistics. The government does not possess complete technical data for this item, which has an approved source of AAR Component Services and an original equipment manufacturer of Boeing. Consequently, any other interested contractor must submit a Source Approval Request package to the assigned Engineering Support Activity to be added as an approved source for the anticipated five-year base period contract.
