The Department of the Interior’s Interior Business Center, on behalf of the Appraisal and Valuation Services Office, is conducting a sources sought notice for appraisal services to determine the market value of four tracts of land in Hammon, Oklahoma. The work calls for four market value appraisals of trust-held allotted land for the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma, with an independent opinion of fee simple value. Appraisers must be State Certified General Appraisers and follow USPAP, applicable federal regulations, and the specified valuation approach and reporting requirements, including physical inspection and a pre-work meeting.
