Repair of JSECST (Joint Service Electronic Combat System Tester) AN/USM 670/670A Subassemblies

The Department of the Air Force, specifically the AFSC PZAAC office, is conducting market research to identify potential sources for the repair and remanufacture of Joint Service Electronic Combat System Tester (JSECST) AN/USM 670/670A subassemblies. The selected contractor must service 34 distinct National Stock Numbers (NSNs)—including circuit card assemblies, digital computers, RF controllers, and power supplies—with an estimated annual volume of 128 units. Work will be performed at the contractor's or subcontractor's facility, where the contractor must provide all materials, support equipment, tools, and calibration services, with completed repairs delivered within 120 business days after receipt of the carcass. Additionally, all contractor personnel handling these items are required to possess a valid security clearance.
