Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System-V (ICIDS-V) Sources Sought

The Army Contracting Command–Aberdeen Proving Ground–Belvoir Division, on behalf of Product Manager Force Protection Systems, is seeking industry input for the Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System-V program to inform a future procurement of commercial physical security capabilities for Army installations. The effort covers modernization of ICIDS across installations inside and outside the continental United States, including intrusion detection, entry control, closed-circuit television monitoring, and central monitoring through regional hubs. The attached scope also describes hardware and software, engineering support, site surveys, design, installation, training, warranty, maintenance, and cybersecurity support, with the system expected to integrate with existing ICIDS and operate on a Closed Restricted Network while meeting DoD and RMF requirements.
