The Department of Veterans Affairs, through the Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System and RPO West, is conducting market research for a sources sought effort for an elopement alarm system at the Tulsa VA Medical Center. The contractor would supply and install the full patient elopement prevention system, including monitoring 8 doors on 4 floors, 16 annunciating stations, wiring, and related components and services. The work must be compatible with the Jeron Provider 790 nurse call system and, according to the statement of work and amendment, includes full floor coverage, tamper and battery monitoring for patient bracelets, NFPA-compliant mag-locks for eight doors, and compliance with OSHA, ANSI, and NFPA-99 requirements. Performance is tied to the Tulsa, Oklahoma facility at 440 S. Houston Ave., with installation and delivery planned for the May 2026 to August 2026 activation period.
