The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) requires a contractor to supply and install an Elopement Alarm System at the new Tulsa VA Medical Center, located at 440 S. Houston Ave, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74127. This system will notify nursing staff when monitored patients at risk for elopement attempt to leave. The project involves monitoring 8 doors on 4 floors and installing 16 annunciating stations, including all necessary wiring. The installation and delivery are required between May 2026 and August 2026, coinciding with the hospital's activation period, to ensure functionality before the first patient arrival. The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, personnel, licenses, and insurances, and ensure the system is compatible with the Jeron Provider 790 nurse call system. Key equipment includes Wanderguard Blue Door Alarms Controllers, Nurse Station Annunciators, and Bracelets.
