Contract Opportunity Analysis

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Homeland Security Investigations Office of Acquisition Management, intends to sole source a firm-fixed-price contract to TRM Labs, Inc. for TRM forensic software and support services to support Homeland Security Task Force investigations. The work supports the Homeland Security Task Force National Coordination Center Cyber Disruption Center and includes advanced technology solutions, analyst support, cryptocurrency tracing, blockchain analytics, open-source intelligence, and actionable intelligence production across scam disruption, cybercrime disruption and SLTT resilience, and sextortion disruption missions. The effort also calls for a deployable platform and managed services that can scale for surge operations while enabling government personnel to independently operate disruption workflows in compliance with privacy and security requirements, with performance in Fairfax, Virginia. Interested parties may submit a one-page response by June 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST to Greg Hermsen at Gregory.M.Hermsen@ice.dhs.gov; the intended period of performance is 12 months from award.
