DHA OCONUS DMLSS RFI
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville, is conducting an RFI for the Defense Health Agency to identify Korean firms able to support OCONUS DMLSS/LogiCole facility management services in South Korea. The work covers non-personal support for DMLSS facility logistics at OCONUS military medical treatment facilities and includes program management, project management, training, database sustainment, and analytics. The effort supports the DMLSS Automated Information System, the primary DoD medical logistics management system, and the market research is focused on vendors with technical capability and experience in South Korea, including the ability to perform at least 50% of the work. This is for preliminary planning only; no proposals or contract awards are being accepted at this time, and interested vendors may submit the requested company and capability information to support market research.
