OSHA A/E Renovation Design and Phasing

The Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center, on behalf of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, intends to award a single contract for architect-engineer design and project phasing services. The selected contractor will design a consolidation and renovation of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's exterior suites at the Frances Perkins Building in Washington, D.C. This project is a total small business set-aside conducted under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 36.102 for architect-engineer services.
