Solicitation for Concession Opportunity for Lodging, Food and Beverage, Retail, Marina Services, and Mechanical Boat Portage within Voyageurs National Park

The National Park Service is seeking proposals for a ten-year concession contract to operate within Voyageurs National Park in International Falls, Minnesota. The selected concessioner will be required to provide lodging, food and beverage, retail, marina services, and mechanical boat portage. This business opportunity will be officially released on July 20, 2026, and the National Park Service will only accept electronic proposals submitted via its Microsoft Teams platform. Questions regarding the prospectus are due by August 12, 2026, followed by a mandatory Notice of Intent to Propose due by September 16, 2026. Electronic proposals must be uploaded by October 15, 2026, and a signed hardcopy transmittal letter must be received by Commercial Services Chief Tracy Simmons by October 22, 2026.
