Duress Alarm System

This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the acquisition of a duress system for the Patient Advocate in building 1130 room 1045 at Luke AFB, AZ. The system is crucial for ensuring the safety of the Patient Advocate due to frequent interactions with potentially stressed or hostile individuals, aligning with OSHA regulations. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary items, services, and turnkey installation, including cabling, 120VAC connections, and Advantor As-Built Drawings. All items must be new, commercially acceptable, and come with a minimum 60-month warranty. The Government reserves the right to inspect and reject non-conforming items. The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Advantor Systems for the installation of an additional Duress Alarm to Duress System at Luke AFB, AZ. This action is based on Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), citing Advantor Systems as the only source capable of meeting the government's requirements, as supported by market research and an approved Justification for Non-Competitive Procurement (JNCP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561621 – Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths). This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested sources may submit capability statements by March 17, 2026, 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Daylight Time, demonstrating their authorization and ability to provide the required services, along with cost information.
