MIDDLE MISSISSIPPI RIVER STONE DIKE ALTERATION (NESP)

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, within the Department of Defense, is seeking a contractor for the Middle Mississippi River Stone Dike Alteration project to modify and construct river training structures in the Mississippi River. The work includes repairing existing or constructing new stone structures and revetments, notching or removing existing structures, and performing related appurtenant work at Herculaneum, Missouri and Ste. Genevieve, Missouri. The scope covers two separate ten-mile reaches and calls for modifying 44 structures and building two new structures entirely from recycled stone from the modified structures, using traditional river marine construction equipment such as floating plant and barge-mounted crane; no new stone material will be required. Amendment 0001 provides responses to bidder inquiries, revises Section 3.3.2, and updates contract clauses, and the response deadline remains 01 June 2026 at 10:00 a.m. CST.
