Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement, through its Homeland Security Investigations component, is seeking information for market research on operational solutions in support of the Student and Exchange Visitor Program. The work centers on program management and administrative support for the SEVP Program Management Office, including support for the SEVIS Programs Section, SEVP Business Automation Section, and System Management Unit. The scope includes program and schedule management, requirements definition and management, production support, technical writing, interface partner support, and user acceptance testing, with the contractor expected to provide three Agile-driven teams and follow federal policies, standards, and performance requirements.
