Notice of Intent to Award - NWESTCO, LLC

The Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Service, intends to restrict competition and award a contract to NWESTCO, LLC for the Crownpoint Service Unit in New Mexico. The required work consists of a total upgrade and immediate repair of the current underground fuel storage tank and its associated electronic monitoring system. These services are necessary to restore the system to full operational status and ensure compliance with all applicable environmental and regulatory requirements. The projected period of performance for this project is six months from the date of the award. Interested vendors who believe they can provide these services may submit a capability statement via email to Janice Martinez at Janice.Martinez@ihs.gov by July 25, 2026.
