O-Rings Competitive Contract (O-RCC)

The Department of Defense, through the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime, is initiating a presolicitation for the O-Rings Competitive Contract (O-RCC), aimed at establishing multiple Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for O-Ring products. This procurement is set aside entirely for small businesses and seeks to consolidate the current purchasing process into multi-NSN Long-Term Contracts (LTCs) to enhance efficiency and ensure quick turnaround for critical items. The contracts will primarily serve the DLA and other Federal Government Agencies, with an anticipated ordering period of four years and two additional three-year option periods, totaling up to ten years.
