USCG and CBP C-130J Missionization Effort (Minotaur Mission Systems+)

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP) HC-130J missionization effort. The initiative involves converting baseline Lockheed Martin C-130J aircraft into missionized HC-130J configurations. Additionally, the contractor must provide dedicated, on-site office space for up to ten government representatives and maintain a SECRET Facility Clearance to safeguard classified Communications Security (COMSEC) and sensitive information.

This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by the United States Coast Guard (USCG) for market research to identify qualified sources to perform aircraft modification and "missionization" services. The project involves installing the government-owned Minotaur Mission System Suite (MSS+) on new production USCG and Customs and Border Protection (CBP) C-130J aircraft, converting them to the HC-130J configuration.
