Synopsis - Notice of Intent to Extend Services Under FAR 52.217‑8 - Contract 70RFP121DE2000001

The Department of Homeland Security, specifically the Office of Procurement Operations, intends to extend services under Contract 70RFP121DE2000001, currently held by Kerberos International, Inc., for Armed Protective Security Officer (PSO) services at Customs and Border Protection (CBP) locations throughout Puerto Rico. This extension, which will last for up to six months starting on or about May 1, 2026, is being executed in accordance with FAR 52.217-8, as outlined in the original contract. The services provided are critical for maintaining security at CBP facilities, ensuring the safety of personnel and operations in the region.
