Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Thomas Reuter Law Publications

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, intends to procure access to specific law publications on a sole source basis from Thomson Reuters West, as outlined in their Notice of Intent. The procurement is in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), indicating that only one source is reasonably available for these publications, which include various fiscal year upkeep services for legal resources.
