To receive a TDP, companies must submit requests to DLA.Aberdeen.SourcesSought@dla.mil within 7 days of the posting date, have an active status in the Defense Logistics Agency Joint Certification Program (JCP) verified by a DD2345, and complete a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Additionally, a copy of the company’s CAGE verification in SAM must be provided. Once these requirements are met, the TDP will be uploaded to DoD SAFE, and the requesting company will receive an email with a link and password. It is crucial that the NDA signee and the data custodian listed in the JCP are the same individual.
