The Department of the Air Force, through 502 CONS/PKBB at Joint Base San Antonio Lackland, is seeking TacMed manikins, or equivalent items, to support Tactical Combat Casualty Care training for the 737 Training Group. The procurement covers six Upper Trauma Trainer Manikins, six Lower Patient Simulator Emergency Medical Trauma Trainers, and two Female Modular Manikins with left leg amputations, along with new equipment training, annual repair support, and shipping. The manikins must meet detailed salient characteristics for realism and function, including capabilities such as simulated breathing, intubation, tension pneumothorax simulation, IV access, and other wound scenarios, and award will be based on the lowest-priced technically acceptable quote. Quotes are due by 10:00 a.m. CST on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, with questions due by March 25, 2026, and responses must be emailed to both listed contacts with a specification sheet and pictures; funds are not presently available and the government may cancel the solicitation.
