The Department of Veterans Affairs National Cemetery Administration is seeking a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business to perform monthly spoils and vegetative debris removal and offsite disposal services at Fort Bliss National Cemetery in El Paso, Texas. Under the firm-fixed-price contract, the contractor is required to provide hauling and disposal services for an estimated 40 cubic yards of soil spoils and mixed vegetative debris per month, which the government will load at the designated cemetery laydown yard. The contract structure consists of a one-year base period beginning August 1, 2026, followed by four consecutive one-year option periods extending potential performance through July 31, 2031. Evaluation will focus on the offeror's capability and technical approach to executing the hauling, dumping, and personnel planning requirements.
