Contract Opportunity Analysis

The Department of the Navy, Naval Air Systems Command is seeking information from industry on the capability to design, develop, and manufacture the APY-10 Radar System for the P-8A Multi-mission Maritime Aircraft platform. Respondents must demonstrate their ability to deliver the radar systems, components, associated software, and firmware, while providing the requisite knowledge, technical data, and engineering support. The contemplated acquisition strategy includes a planned base quantity of seven radar systems with two option years for up to twenty additional systems per year, with work to be performed in McKinney, Texas. Deliveries are expected to complete by fiscal year 2029, and NAVAIR anticipates a contract award during the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2027. Interested parties must submit a capability statement of no more than 20 pages via email to Brittney Davis and Maria Donnelly within 15 calendar days of the notice posting date.
