Arapaho NF Boulder RD Vault Toilet Pumping

The US Department of Agriculture Forest Service is seeking a contractor to provide vault toilet pumping services within the Boulder Ranger District of the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests in Colorado. The selected contractor must furnish all personnel, equipment, and supervision to perform regular and unscheduled pumping and waste disposal services for five specified recreation sites. Technical requirements include using a pumper truck with a capacity of at least 1,000 gallons, recharging each vault with approximately 100 gallons of water post-pumping, and conducting seasonal operations between May 1st and November 1st. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside with a five-year period of performance consisting of a one-year base period starting August 5, 2026, and four subsequent one-year options.
