Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10, is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive linen supply and laundry processing services. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing, delivering, picking up, laundering, and returning clean linens and textile items, including general hospital and operating room linens, scrubs, gowns, and specialty government-owned items. This support will service the Cincinnati VA Medical Center, its domiciliary, and its associated community-based outpatient clinics, handling an estimated annual volume of approximately 700,000 pounds of linen. The government is proposing a shortened base period of performance followed by three one-year option periods.
