The Indian Health Service Gallup Service Unit, within the Department of Health and Human Services, is seeking market research responses for a Blanket Purchase Agreement for microbial testing and related laboratory services. The work includes TSA media with certificate of analysis, hazardous and non-hazardous media fill testing, USP <797> microbial testing such as fingertip/thumb and surface sampling, sample processing, incubation at dual temperatures, growth counts and identification, final microbial analysis reporting, and training on sample collection and media return. The requirement is for performance in Gallup, New Mexico, with an anticipated base period from 3/13/2027 to 3/12/2028 and two option periods through 3/12/2030, and responses will be considered first for Buy Indian Act opportunities before other small business set-aside programs.
