The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, within the Department of the Navy, is seeking sources for Mine Warfare and Surface Mine Countermeasures Design Agent, Technical Direction Agent, In-Service Engineering Agent, and Foreign Military Sales support. The work covers program management, engineering, research, development, test and evaluation, hardware and software development and installation, alteration and installation, operations and maintenance, acquisition support, direct fleet support, and related administrative services. Performance is centered at NSWC PCD in Panama City Beach, Florida, and the requirement includes support for classified information up to the SECRET level at the contractor facility, with the draft PWS also emphasizing U.S.-citizen and trained personnel, ISO 9001:2015 quality practices, and travel as needed.
