SHREDDER MAINTENANCE

This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for preventive and corrective maintenance services for Security Engineered Machinery (SEM) Disintegrators at Information Warfare Training Command, Corry Station, Pensacola, Florida. The scope includes two Model 301 and one Model 1424 disintegrators. The contractor will provide all labor, materials (excluding government-purchased repair parts and blade sets), equipment, and supervision for quarterly scheduled maintenance, detailed cleaning, lubrication, and inspection tasks. Corrective maintenance requires a two-day response time for diagnostics and repairs, with off-site repairs and transportation at no additional cost to the government. The contractor is responsible for blade sharpening, shipping, and storage. General requirements include adherence to safety protocols (Army Corps of Engineers Safety Manual EM385), waste management, and environmental regulations. Personnel must be US citizens or authorized to work in the US, pass base access checks, and be escorted within secure buildings. The contractor must comply with non-personal service statements and ensure their employees do not perform inherently governmental functions.
