The U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs is seeking a Personal Services Contractor for a Senior Law Enforcement Advisor in Yerevan, Armenia to support its law enforcement assistance program. The work focuses on strategic planning, program development and evaluation, training, procurement support, donor coordination, and advising Armenian law enforcement agencies, with the contractor also expected to serve as acting INL Director when needed. The position is based at the U.S. Embassy in Yerevan, requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of State Secret clearance, and has a 12-month period of performance with four optional one-year extensions.
