The Department of the Interior’s Interior Business Center, on behalf of the Appraisal and Valuation Services Office, is seeking Indian-owned Small Business Economic Enterprises and Indian-owned Economic Enterprises for appraisal and valuation services related to five tracts of land in Canadian, Blaine, and Kingfisher Counties, Oklahoma. The work is to determine the market value of the fee simple estate for five individual tracts, primarily Native American allotted land, with no structural improvements to be valued. Appraisal reports must follow USPAP, 25 CFR Part 150.2, the stated hypothetical conditions, and the Sales Comparison Approach, and the notice is being used for market research to inform a future procurement strategy under NAICS 531320. Responses are due by May 22, 2026 at 3:00 PM EST and must include company information, business size or category, and a capability statement.
