Description

Special Notice: VETERANS AFFAIRS, DEPARTMENT OF intends to award a delivery order to PHILIPS NORTH AMERICA LLC for maintenance and support of all Philips Medical Imaging Equipment. This procurement is for products and services used by the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, VISN 1: VA New England Healthcare System. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B) due to the presence of only one capable source. The response due date is 10/10/2023.
