The Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Procurement Operations, through FPS East CCG Div 4 Acq Div, is seeking Armed Protective Security Officer services for the IRS campus in Austin, Texas. The work is to provide critical PSO coverage throughout the IRS complex under a task order against the existing IDIQ contract, extending the ordering period as needed to continue operations. The action is intended as a sole-source solicitation and negotiation with Bradley Technologies, Inc. under FAR 6.130-1, with an extension period of up to four months from July 1, 2026 through October 31, 2026 to support the follow-on procurement and a 120-day transition.
