Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane, part of the Department of the Navy, is conducting a sources sought market survey for potential blanket purchase agreements to repair NH Research and National Instruments test equipment in support of its Power and Energy Division. The work covers repair, calibration, and post-repair documentation for equipment including NHR 9300 cabinets, NHR 9200 regenerative cyclers, NHR 4700 and 4760 programmable loads, and NHR 4800 regenerative battery cyclers. Key requirements include power electronics and component-level diagnostic capability, access to schematics and replacement parts, NIST-traceable calibration, and for the NHR 9300 cabinets, on-site repair at NSWC Crane in Indiana with suitable fixtures, diagnostic software familiarity, and IPC J-STD-001 and IPC-7711/7721 solder/rework certification.
