Demolition Phase 19

The Department of Defense, through the Department of the Air Force and the 325th Contracting Squadron, is seeking a single-award, firm-fixed-price contract for demolition work at Tyndall Air Force Base in Florida. The contractor will provide all professional services, permits, equipment, labor, tools, materials, and other items needed to demolish five buildings or facilities under the statement of work. The work must comply with the listed UFC, DoD, Air Force, Florida, OSHA, EPA, DEP, NEC, and other applicable codes and regulations, with the most stringent requirement controlling where conflicts exist, and the period of performance is estimated at 365 calendar days after notice to proceed. The requirement is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, will be evaluated using trade-off best value procedures, and the solicitation will be available only through SAM via the PIEE Solicitation module, with offerors required to be active in SAM and monitor the site for amendments.
