Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Defense, through the Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI), is hosting an Industry Day on March 19-20, 2026, at the Hilton Parsippany in New Jersey, to discuss opportunities within the Organic Industrial Base (OIB) for Public-Private Partnerships (P3) and Co-Production initiatives. The event aims to engage both traditional and non-traditional defense contractors in shaping the future of P3s, Co-Production, and the Armament Retooling and Manufacturing Support (ARMS) Program, while also addressing critical gaps in capabilities. Participants will receive insights into project planning for Mortar and Artillery Munition Development and Production Opportunities, including various munitions and associated materials.
