EDCOM ITSS Presolicitation

The Department of the Navy, on behalf of the Marine Corps Installations Command National Capital Region - Regional Contracting Office, is seeking information technology support services for the United States Marine Corps Education Command. The selected contractor will deliver comprehensive network, information technology, and administrative support services to sustain command operations. Work will be performed at Quantico, Virginia, under a single-award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract consisting of firm-fixed-price service items and cost-reimbursable travel. The contract features a five-year ordering period, a $45 million ceiling, and will be awarded using best-value trade-off procedures. This opportunity is a 100 percent Women-Owned Small Business set-aside, with the solicitation scheduled to be posted on the PIEE website on or about September 30, 2026 under solicitation number M00264-26-R-0015.
