Operations must strictly comply with the Japan Environmental Governing Standards, Government of Japan regulations, and utilize DLA-approved facilities. The procurement consists of a 30-month base period starting in September 2026 and one 30-month option period, evaluated using a best value trade-off process that prioritizes past performance over price.
