Procurement of Collar, Pin-Rivet

The Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center is procuring pin-rivet collars. The contractor must supply 5,000 new pin-rivet collars under national stock number 5320-00-064-0152 and part number HL70TW6. Deliveries must be made to the Aviation Logistics Center in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, by the requested delivery date of August 20, 2026, and must include a Certificate of Conformance demonstrating clear traceability to an approved manufacturer such as Hi-Shear, SPS Technologies, Howmet, or Huck International. Award of the firm-fixed-price purchase order will be made using a tradeoff evaluation methodology based on technical acceptability, delivery confidence, and price.
