CBP AMO MQ-9 PREDATOR B/GUARDIAN UNMANNED AIRCRAFT SYSTEMS (UAS) OPERATIONAL AND MAINTENANCE SUPPORT EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITY
Contract Opportunity Analysis
U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s Air and Marine Operations, through the Air and Marine Contracting Division, is seeking information on potential sources for MQ-9 Predator B/Guardian and MQ-9B SeaGuardian unmanned aircraft system operational and maintenance support. The work of interest includes line maintenance, launch and recovery, troubleshooting, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, repairs, quality assurance, logistics, engineering support, software support, and related operational services for CBP UAS. The requirement involves proprietary GA-ASI MQ-9 systems with limited government data rights, so any support would need to align with OEM maintenance procedures, FAA COA requirements, and CBP mission needs across NASOC and forward operating locations, including possible CONUS and OCONUS deployments and sustained 24/7 support. This is an RFI only, not a solicitation, and responses are limited to 15 pages and due by email; technical questions are due by 2:00 P.M. EST on May 27, 2026.
