The Department of the Navy, Naval Air Systems Command, on behalf of the Presidential Helicopters Program Office (PMA 274), is seeking information to identify potential prime contractors for a Mid-Life Cockpit Upgrade for the VH-92A aircraft. Work requires the design, development, and certification of rotary wing cockpits to address component obsolescence, integrate military mission functions, enhance open systems architecture, and improve cyber resiliency. Eligible contractors must be U.S. owned and operated, possess or have the ability to obtain a Secret Facility Clearance, and maintain FAA-approved engineering capabilities to support Federal Aviation Regulation Part 29 supplemental type certificates. Interested businesses must submit a capability package of up to twenty pages via email to Monica Card, Curtis Loglisci, and Carl Wagner by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on August 16, 2026.
